WT Grant Loft Apartments

We were hired by a California investment company to stage a model apartment in the WT Grant Loft Apartment building in Cleveland.  We worked closely with the on-site property manager, as well as the California team to create a look that would appeal to the demographic of renter they wanted to attract.  This particular apartment was rented within days of staging!
