Spring break is right around the corner and my husband and I have spent countless hours looking for the perfect warm and sunny destination. You see, it’s not only that we want to get out of this snowy weather, but it’s our last official spring break with our youngest son who will be graduating from high school this year. To say, we are wanting to squeeze every bit of sun, fun and family time out of this one trip would be an understatement.
After hundreds of listings, we fell in love with a cottage on St. Simon Island in Georgia. It had me at first glance… sea glass in glass apothecary jars with driftwood accents. Framed maps and soothing color palettes of blue green, greens, white and touches of coral. Distressed designer furnishings all add up to create my vision of the perfect beach vacation retreat. We are so excited to stay here with our son! We can bike to local shops and restaurants, tour historical sites and look for seashells on the beach.
If your home is for sale, the concept is the same ~ you want buyers to fall in love with your house.
1) What elements or architectural features do you have to offer that would “woo” a buyer?
2) Are your paint colors overpowering your selling features?
3) Are your rooms decluttered, warm and inviting?
If you answered yes to 1 & 3, then Congratulations on a job well done! If you weren’t able to answer in the affirmative, we can help you with a plan to make your house irresistible and buyers will fall in LOVE! The goal is to tug on the emotional home-buying heartstrings and make your house stand out above all others that they will be viewing.
